Information on Villa and local area.

The house is a privately owned villa, in a quiet residential area yet central for most Florida attractions. It is less than 5 minutes drive from the local shopping centre. The centre boasts a bank with ATM, several large supermarkets, a Blockbusters Video store, a Pharmacy and many 'Takeaway’ food outlets. There are Burger Bars, Kentucky Fried Chicken, Chinese and Pizza restaurants and some of them will deliver to the house.

The House.

The house has four bedrooms, the main bedroom with an ensuite shower room and walk-in closet, the other three bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and shower. It has two living rooms and a separate dining room. It is well fitted, air-conditioned for comfort in the warm weather and centrally heated in the unlikely event of a cool spell. It contains all bedding and towels necessary. There are fitted carpets throughout and the décor and furniture is modern and comfortable. There are several TV’s situated in both double bedrooms with Cable service from Time Warner. There is a video and DVD player for watching films that can be hired from the local video store and wireless networking can be accessed throughout the house. The kitchen is well appointed with all the necessary glasses and china ware and there is a dishwasher, coffee machine, large fridge-freezer and waste disposal unit, plus a few other appliances for making milk shakes or fruit juices as well as cooker and microwave. In the garage, which is accessible from within the house, is a washing machine and tumble drier.

Location.

The villa is approx. 15 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from the main Florida attractions, including Disney World.
The main Osceola parkway, which runs directly to some of the Disney parks, is less than 1 minute drive away from the house and other Florida attractions such as some Designer outlet stores and the Florida Mall are only about 15 minutes drive away.
